This photo was taken in May, 2007, when Shemesh was 13. She is a sun conure, and has been our sunshine birdy since she was 4 months old. She has made it clear that she has no intention of speaking English, but has taught us a bit of "Conure". Shemesh (a.k.a. "Snerfy", "Kickle-Pickle", "Squeaky-Beaky", etc.) is a true snuggle-bird who lives to be with (preferably on) her people, yet she valiantly defends her territory from all outsiders! She is flighted and comes when called. She has her own room and sleeps on a tall bookcase, which she has patiently remodelled to her specifications. What a lot of love, beauty, and spirit in a 112-gram bundle of feathers!

This is Zeus, an African Grey Parrot. He is about 6 years old. He loves to play with and chew up these plastic balls. He loves to have a phone conversation with himself. He rings the phone, says hello, talks a minute, and then say "talk to you later". He is my pride and joy.

This is Murphy. She is a 7 year old Goffin Cockatoo. She loves her Legos. She is very vocal and loves to travel. She has been to the East coast 3 times in our Motor Home. She loves meeting new people and shopping with Mom. She loves listening to Hanna Montana and loves to dance along with her songs.

His name is Woody and he is actually a mix of both Scarlett and Greenwing (I think the made up name is Ruby). He is a 7 year old rescue baby that I adopted this year.
